Long time no...blog? Yeah, there's a little thing called starting university which takes up a tiny bit of time I'm afraid. That I found time to write this is a miracle in itself, possibly attesting the fact that I am finally getting organised... or simply procrastinating writing an essay that is due in two days' time. Smilez. Thankfully, pictures (taken by my stunning friend Leah) speak louder than words, and Oxford has been looking pretty damn fine in its autumnal leafiness (my linguistic prowess really does show me off as the embodiment of academia), so I hope you are not too disappointed that this is not a detailed account of my university life so far. Frankly, no post could possibly cover that if it tried. Nonetheless, please do get in touch if there is anything specific you are interested in, and I will try my best to oblige.

Whirlwind would be an understatement when describing freshers' week, but here I am again at long last... well, not yours truly as such, but her new university surroundings. I'm certain you will be seeing a lot more of them in many posts to come - this is just a selection of what I managed to hurriedly compile in between all the running around. These snapz were obviously taken with a wizard camera and of course at Hogwarts, so if they don't move on your screen it's just crap, go get a new one or cry yourself to sleep because you're a measly muggle. For now, I will refrain from gushing about things too much (purely because my brain is currently in a state of floating elsewhere, very much outside my body; in a rainbow land far far away so my thoughts have a bit of a way to go before they actually reach a state of any coherence). However, I do have a super rad few posts coming up, including a giveaway which I am dying to enter myself (sobz), aaand...
